- All works will be overseen by Richard Mullineaux, the Managing Director of the London Kitchen Extension Co Ltd. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
- All works will have to comply with the Building Regulations. It is our responsibility to provide you with a completion certificate issued by the local authority. This will state that all the works have been carried out in accordance with the current regulations.
- All the works will be carried out by tradesmen who have a partnering arrangement with The London Kitchen Extension Co Ltd. They have regularly undertaken projects of this nature and are familiar with this type of construction.
- The London Kitchen Extension Company carries Public Liability Insurance up to £2,000,000.
